Very bad car rental company. They took the deposit and take way too long to give it back. When you contact them they are not polite and helpfull and they only tell you to wait. After 6 weeks still no refund of the deposit. Dont rent a car over here!

They allow you to use a debit card for the deposit! We had initially pre booked a car with Hertz but upon arrival we could not pay the deposit as I do not have a credit card. Luckily these guys next door accept a debit card for the deposit. Whilst they were more expensive, we did end up with a better car than I initially booked, essentially brand new. Otherwise no complaints

Best Car Rental in DUBAI Airport - we have made a reservation with Hertz that is right next to it but as Hertz was not willing to fulfill our reserved booking we had to cancel. The staff at autostrad rent a car had a car ready within 20 minutes even with all the request who it tooke me 10 mails with hertz prior to the booking. It showcased a clear axanple that the big names are not always better - trust me take Autostrad and have cheaper and leaner car rental experience

Everything went well at reception, nice service and everything was uncomplicated. It is bad that the owner has a credit card and the driver must be the same. When we pick up the car everything drags on unnecessarily and we keep asking stupid questions. In the end, they tried to persuade us to give a good Google review for ages and we couldnt leave beforehand. The car is also different from the one we booked because the one we booked suddenly stopped working after starting, so we didnt feel comfortable there. The employees were called sayyam and ikram

Hello The worst car rental experience in my life. I rented a car for four days, paid the full amount and paid a security deposit of 1000 dirhams on 05/12/2024. To date, the insurance amount has not been recovered. We have contacted the office and administration dozens of times, and a bank statement and withdrawals of the amount were sent. There has been no response to them, and all responses from them are with unreal excuses. I am very dissatisfied with the level of service, as this problem harms the UAE and will be filed judicially in the UAE, as this experience makes the tourist unoptimistic and unhappy.

Ive recently had a thoroughly underwhelming experience at the Autostrad counter in Dubai Airport. The staff were woefully ill-equipped and downright discourteous, which very nearly derailed our entire holiday. The floor agent was an absolute nightmare - not only did they steer us towards the wrong vehicle, but they also got into a heated altercation with us. To top it all off, the agent at the reception desk exhibited some highly problematic behavior after I confronted them about Autostrads shortcomings. I would strongly urge against booking with Autostrad, especially for those traveling with family. Its simply not worth the risk - play it safe and go with a more reliable provider.

SCAM COMPANY!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID! USE A DIFFERENT MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY. When you drop your hire car off they inspect it and say it is all ok and deposit will be back in full. Once they know you have left the country they then take random high charges DAILY for the next week or 2 totalling far more than the initial hire car value. Even though I had paid for full coverage to DiscoverCars, Autostrad employees wanted to charge me additional insurance. For this reason I have been told that any damage should be turned off by my credit card and subsequently claimed from DiscoverCars, which is not normal. They were unkind and when I refused to pay additional insurance cost they just made me wait for no reason. Unnecessary stress to start a pleasure trip The car came dirty and the gas tank wasnt full. I will never rent a car with them again. Update: After five days they have charged the amount of AED 38.27 from the credit card deposit without giving any explanation. Second update: a new charge in my credit card of AED 10,78 without any explanation. Scam One of the worst experiences in rent a car

WORMING Check your car very well before you take it. I mean every single part even tire scratch mark it. They will charge you 3000+ for very very very tiny rim scratch that you hardly see until you get your eyes very close to the rim. I have filed a police report it seems this is the way to get money. I rented a car from your airport location in Dubai, and as part of the rental process, I was required to purchase insurance for an additional fee of 1000 AED. I was assured that this amount would be refunded to my bank account within one month of returning the vehicle. However, it has now been more than 36 days approximately since I returned the car, and I have yet to receive the promised refund.
