I don t recommend this company to any one ver bad experience . First of all second day after I get the car I get pulled over by Sharjah police and get fine for not working lights which was just over 12 hours after I get the car and they transferred the fine to me and deduct from my bond in fact it s the their employee faults who gave me the car . And now I have been waiting since 12/09/2024 for the rest of the bond and they don t even answer me or give me a proof of the bond transfer. Very bad experience and I don t think will deal with them again

I rented a car from them for 18 hours when I was arriving in Dubai on transit They took out insurance for him of more than 1,500 Saudi riyals. Two months later, they did not return the insurance. On 4/27/1446 - 9/30/2024, I went to the Autostrad office and asked for the lowest price for a car - (lowest category) - It is a new model, so they mentioned that the cars are all 2024 models, and the price is the lowest category (80) dirhams, with third party insurance for the day. If you want comprehensive insurance, its price per day is (100) (lowest category) Of course, these prices include the 5% added state tax It was agreed with them to rent for (5) days at a price of 500 dirhams, including comprehensive insurance An amount of (1000) dirhams (deposit) was deducted via the Al Rajhi Signature Visa card. I received a 2024 Nissan Sunny from them, with 7,000 kilometers on it, and it was clean in all aspects, inside and out. Of course, I was afraid of the comments on Google Map due to the widespread criticism regarding the deposit that was not returned Of course, there was a condition that the car be returned and the gasoline was full, because they handed me the car and the gasoline The car was received and delivered at Dubai Airport, the rental vehicle delivery area Today, on 10/9/2024 - 5/6/1446, after (10) days have passed, the deposit has been returned in full. - Of course, the treatment of the employees was elegant and respectful, especially the employee, Adel, of Pakistani nationality

Extremely pathetic service. It takes forever to get the car. I had booked an SUV and they said we are upgrading you. They said we will give you a sedan. How is it an upgrade? The requirement and purpose of the car is only different. After getting the contract (which took 30 mins to prepare) they said that it will take 15 mins max and the car will be here. As Im waiting now, it has been almost 1 hour in total and Im writing as Im still waiting. I am with my family and a 1 year old baby and there is no real solution. The guy at the counter keeps saying it will take 10 more minutes but he has already said that since the last 45 minutes. I had to ultimately ask my family to leave now taking a taxi home as I continue to wait.

This company is a complete joke with particularly poor customer service. I had the misfortune of being assigned this company to provide me a courtesy car due to a non fault RTA. Having promised to deliver the car in the afternoon then changed to 6pm. 6pm came and went, no car and absolutely no communication as to why. After having given up the ghost of getting a car, a chap turns up at just shy of 10pm with a car. He was quite apologetic but he was just doing what he was told. The car provided was some Chinese model but I immediately noticed that it appeared to be covered in dents and scratch marks. It looked as if it had just come of the tracks of NASCAR races. Overall a thoroughly unprofessional outfit who need to have word with themselves about customer service.

1,000 AED has been deducted from my account, and it has been almost 2 months! I am writing to request the refund of my security deposit of 1,000 AED for the rental car I picked up on August 13 and returned on August 18. As of today, October 8, the refund has still not been processed. I paid the deposit using a debit card, which means the amount was deducted from my account immediately on August 13. It has now been over a month, and despite contacting my bank, I was informed that the payment has not been canceled and that I should reach out to your company. I have contacted your customer service several times and have only received responses asking me to wait. How much longer should I expect to wait? My bank confirmed that the payment was processed and has already been deducted from my account, not just blocked. They also stated that since the payment was made and not canceled, I cannot receive a refund through them. Please return the amount as soon as possible.

This is a somewhat sketchy car rental company. Looking at past Google reviews, its either one star or five stars. Some of the 5 star reviewers have minimal user history. When I rented with them, the attendant believed that I was in a hurry and gave me a high price. Then I showed the online price with them and said that they are overcharging. After the rental, I was deducted a second charge and no reason was given.

Hi my name is Sheila Feliciano I rented A car at Autostrad Terminal 3, the staff there was so delightful and helpful. It was my 1st time in Dubai. Getting my car rental was a breeze. Upon returning the rented car I was pushed for time to catch my flight. Mr Abdullah help me so much to check the car in and to unload the car of my suitcases. Mr. Abdullah did everything to asure my nervousness and the help from him calm me down. I will always use Autostrad where and when i come back to Dubai. Autostrad is a very convenient option for rental cars, whether its Terminal 1 or 3. Their prices are reasonable and competition-wise its well into the market. Ive now rented different cars for 3 - 4 times from Terminal 1 during my business visit, and once from Terminal 3 with my family on vacation. It is always satisfactory. Ask for Nabil Khan there.

I recently rented a car from Autostrad Rent a Car at Dubai International Airport and had a mixed experience. While the car itself was in good condition and the rental process was straightforward, I was surprised by some additional charges that I hadnt encountered with other rental companies like Alamo, Enterprise, or Europcar. Autostrad charged a 50 AED ($14) parking fee, which was unexpected as Ive never been charged for parking by other rental companies. Additionally, there was a 4 AED ($1) daily fee for a vehicle monitoring device installed in their cars. While I understand the need for such technology, being charged for it as an extra cost was something new to me. Overall, while the rental process and vehicle quality met my expectations, the additional fees made the experience less favorable compared to other companies I have used in the past. If youre considering renting from Autostrad, be sure to factor in these extra charges when comparing prices.

The car was good but when we returned the car it had little less petrol in it what i told the guy maybe 30 dirham. They took 147 dirham of my creditcard. The day before i filled the car it was half full en cost me 91dirham to filled a half tank full. This is stealing. I dont recommend this company. I waited for 25 minutes to receive the car and the agent at the A2 parking counter was very careless, he was eating lunch and chewing food while talking to customers. He was careless and unconcerned about how long we waited and did not even apologize for the delay. *The car was good and very clean *the price was good ** the deposit was very high 2500 AED for customers booked through rental portals , but it is only 1000 AED for walk in customers which I find it ironic

Months after my drive an amount was charged on my credit card claiming it to be Salik and other parking fees however I have not been provided with a supporting for the same. The amount charged was greater than my entire rental trip rental charges which is very absurd. Upon regularly asking for a clarification, I hardly received any response. Definitely not booking this rental nor will I suggest anyone to do so. A very bad experience.

Great rental shop! The staff there is very friendly and helpful (Farhan and Andrea). It turned that we need international drive permit. Other rental shops were not able to help us with that, and Autostard just did miracle and helped! We were super happy with it. Also their attitude and behaviour were very nice and positive. After trying for the tenth time, I came to this shop to rent cars, especially the Sudanese employee James, and there is a Pakistani person who speaks Saudi. Thank you, Hassan. Their reception and the speed of refunding the insurance without any deficiency. The insurance was refunded in less than a week after the car was delivered, and even their insurance is at a lower price than the other offices. They accept cardcart and debit card. I strongly advise, I advise, I advise renting from them, and no one exceeds them. The insurance they have, if not online, is from 1000 dirhams to 1500 dirhams. My brothers, my brothers. No one hires anyone except them who are honest and trustworthy

It was a good experience until I returned car to them. Now after 10 days I am being charged money after money from my UK credit card I used for deposit. No invoice to explain what the charge is for. The email which I received informing me about the charge without invoice doesn t work while replying, nor other emails provided in the email. This is very annoying because every few days I am receiving emails for new charges without invoices and without explanation of what the charge is about except the money goes from my UK credit card. I am now at the point to simply block my credit card as it sounds to me like a scam unless I am being informed clearly and officially about any charges with an official invoice. Flee, flee, flee, these people are without faith or law, they do not hesitate to deceive you, even in the middle of the month of Ramadan. They say yes to everything and when the time comes to take stock they act as if they dont know, the goal being to charge as much as possible. the customer is not a customer but a wallet and these are the people who make your vacation bitter and give a bad image of this beautiful country. I rented a vehicle via carjet and I needed to extend it so I booked this site again knowing that I have the car in my name and the reservation is in my name so there is no doubt that its me, I call to make sure I can do this and am told no problem twice! When I return the car the agent tells me that they will deduct the amount fixed on the internet! So far 3 agents tell me there are no problems. I take my flight right after and guess what?!! they charge me as if I had never booked on the internet, i.e. 350 euros more. And of course you can forget customer service, I have to date 4 emails without response. Any good company would have tried to understand the situation and find an arrangement. All they had to do was tell me when I called that I had to return to the airport as for a first reservation and I would have returned without a problem.

Never on time always late. 3 times! The usual alibi it was traffic. *No point setting a drop off/pick up timings when they never follow it. I rented a car at Dubai terminal 1 airport and I had the worst experience ever with this company . First time first when I went to collect the car I paid for full insurance ( £14 a day extra ) when I brought the car back one of the trim was scratched and they said I need a police report for that !!!!!! If I have a full insurance why should I need a police report ??? For what ???? It wasn t a traffic incident . For that they charged me 787 AED, only for a scratch with full insurance . My advice is if you want to rent a car in Dubai or UAE take the insurance to protect your deposit on the website when you book the car and don t pay them the full insurance because at the end you still have to pay for the damages . This company it s a rip off, stay away from !!!
