Firstly, I had agreed with them two weeks before that I needed a large car for transportation from the airport and a small car for transportation within Dubai, and the agreement was made to my surprise upon arrival to bring a small car. The bottom line is that you should not hire someone, even if the matter comes to a head. PROPER SCAMMERS! DO NOT TRY TO RENT A CAR HERE!!! Worst customer service ever. I booked a car through whatsapp 2 weeks in advance. They always take too long to get back to you (sometimes they don t even reply back). On the day to pick-up the car, the shop was closed there was no one to welcome us. I had to call them and the guy who picked up the was yawning. After waiting for 20+ minutes, there was this guy who showed up with a cat on his shoulder saying the car was not available because they had rented it to someone else. They just don t care about their customers. All commentaries are fake. 0 STARS - NOT RECOMMENDED. PS: Their shop looks like an abandoned place. Be careful.

THE WORST. Definitely my first and last time. they re taking the deposit from your card then they transfer it back after 25 days via Wester Union, and all expenses of the transfer was one me. I m pretty sure all the good comments are misleadings. BE CAREFULL

A really good and smooth experience. They delivered the car at the airport with arranged extras.... and picked it up on the last day from airport. The car was exactly what it was supposed to be (exactly the one on the pictures). Also the car had panoramic sunroof, what you can not find in any of the known rental cars. The price was really good, so that initially I thought it is a scam. There are many local rental cars in Dubai (not the worldwide known rental cars), that try to ripe you off or cut the deposit. That makes it difficult to trust them. BUT you can trust this rental car 100%. They reimbursed the deposit through Western Union without any problems. Very few not dramatic points could be better, which I told the manager and he promised to change them (they were not so important). Finally, for sure Im going to contact them whenever I need a car in Dubai and suggest them to all of my friends.
