It was my first experience for car rental and went exactly as expected.The team was really supportive, the vehicle was in great condition and would highly recommend to go for it as it was economical as well. Wont charge anything extra unless you actually do something other than the contract.Got the refund after 21 working days and without deductions.

Honesty isnt what best describes this company. It may seem like they have lower prices, but in the end, they charge you extra charges illegally, like charge you extra salik that wasnt charged and refuse to share details. Also, when they give you the quotation, they do fake calculations to charge you more, so be careful and ask every detail for the final price because it is not cheap after all. PS. They will always tell that the customers with bad reviews didnt use the service from this company. But why would a number of people come and leave bad reviews for no reason?

Very bad! Dishonest. They charge less for the cars because later they TAKE your deposit for themselves. They lie of damage of cleaning and dont provide any receipts. Even if you show them Videos and evidence what they are saying is incorrect they just block you.

Rented a 7 seater to ferry my family around. Fuss free and good experience overall. The business is very honest, did not have any issue when dropping off the car. They were not very particular, just checked for any major damage only. Deposit was returned as promised. Only feedback is to please clean your car before handing over to the customer. I charged them for insurance cash and when they returned they discounted 200 and they told me after 21 days and they would not return the amount to me until after 37 days. Beware of them. Like trying out the car, there is nothing wrong with it, but the insurance involves manipulation and procrastination in getting it back. I was going to pay Visa and they asked me to pay in cash. I withdrew 1,500 dirhams from them and paid the withdrawal fees. They said it would be returned after 21 working days. After more than a month from the date of delivery of the car, they returned the amount of 1,400 Saudi riyals from the car. Inside Saudi Arabia, although the international transfer fee in the Gulf is only 30 dirhams, with Salik it is 30 dirhams. + Beware of fake comments from them.

Please stay away from this rent a car service. They gave me a car with plenty of issues which put me at risk. After driving the car for one day only, I asked for a better car, however I the car was replaced with another one with the break lights failing and absolutely no gasoline. They never replaced the second car and took the full payment of the 3 days rental. Even worst, they dared to tell me that I had to wait 21 days for the return of the security deposit. STAY AWAY. Not recommended ! Stay away from the car rental company, its a total scam. I had rented a car from him and had to pay a deposit of 355 in advance. I returned the car carefully, accident-free and clean. He then didnt give me back my deposit in full and paid it back after a month, saying that he sent the money over via Westion Union and had to pay the additional fees. Although this has already been paid. Watch out.

They told me they will return the deposit in 14 days and it took longer than that. They tried to contact me after. Anyway the price was the cheapest compared to their neighbors. And the staff was very friendly.
