I`ve had an excellent experience of driving in Dubai with ABRC. On arrival we visited their office, got all neccesary documents done in nearly half an hour and got our nice Infinity Qx80, the same model that we own and use in our home town. I am very pleased with my suzuki baleno 2023 rental from Absolute rent car and I really want to share it. Recently my husband and I rented a car Mitsubishi Lancer from Absolute rent a car for two weeks (during our vacation). It is good that the car can be rented both daily and for a month. I want to thank your company for your promptness as we were needed to get the car as soon as possible. The stuff is very polite and understanding. At first, I thought that the car would be not pretty good because of its price (it was cheaper than other cars), but then I was impressed because the car was very comfortable, drove smoothly and handled well. Recently my family and I finally had a chance to visit Dubai during the holiday season (I am translating the responses from the whole family as I am the only one that knows English). We wanted to acquire as much experience as possible, therefore, looked for a car that would fit our needs. I promise, you won t regret it if you choose ABRC company for faster commuting within Dubai. We particularly happened to rent Toyota Rush 2022 so as not to spend too much money on our small trip (despite the wide range of options). I can say that we had no problems with doing it at all! The staff member from ABRC that we contacted was very welcoming and supportive in our choice, the process didn t take much time, and we even were given a couple of pieces of advice for visitors (which is advantageous in an unknown country). The car was in a wonderful condition, clean and comfortable. It is evident that the company takes care of it. My younger sister and I really enjoyed the climate control because we cannot stand hot weather for too long. My father (the one driving) can outline great handling and responsive breaks (which can save you on a highway in Dubai). My mom, a very discerning person, enjoyed the comfortability of the seats and wonderful system of speakers in the car with Bluetooth (she likes to turn on her music while we are driving all the time). Great service! I ll write right away, we rented a Ford Mustang GT 5.0 VI convertible. Prices are low, in my opinion lower than competitors. The car was driven straight to the hotel and picked up in the same way at the end of the lease. By the way, the car was fully fueled and very clean. This year in February I was in Dubai with my family. Well, of course I had to rent a car. Friends recommended contacting Absolute Rent Car. The service is great and the prices are reasonable. I booked a car before departure and spoke with the girl manager on the phone in Russian. I ordered the Infinity QX80 - the car is excellent, roomy and comfortable - just what you need for a family vacation. By the way, we drove straight to the hotel, exactly at the appointed time. The car was like new, clean and with a full tank. We covered more than 200 km on it in 3 days. We returned the car at night around 3:00, but nothing happened - a company representative arrived and took the car without any problems. In general, the company s service is excellent, there s nothing to complain about.

it was incredible trip of this vacation! i with my husband rented new and brilliant nissan xterra 2.5L and this one was the grateful choice cause this company offered many advantages. insurance was included in the cost of renting a car (2599 aed or 708 usd without credit card!! other cars are five times more expensive in the middle market for example 1500 usd on rentalcars!). we were in a hotel near the sea. despite of long distance we could get it immediately. by the way when we have some problems with the refuelling the car help came in one second! thanks the suppor service! in short , we recommend absolute rent car!

Half a year ago (January 2022) I was on holiday with my family in Dubai. And it so happened that I rented a car from this company. The cars are inexpensive, clean and new (by the way, a credit card is not required to make a reservation). Insurance is also included in the car rental price. I really liked the weather, it was gorgeous in the morning, my Chevrolet Corvette drove up to the hotel, and you even begin to regret a little that you were not born in the Emirates. I went on vacation with my family. Already on the plane we were wondering how to get around. We googled car rental and it came up with ABRC. At first we were surprised at the prices - the cars didn t seem to be damaged, but the cost was below average. I was especially pleased with the booking conditions - you don t need a credit card, and the price includes insurance. Excellent service - the Jeep Wrangler arrived quickly, clean and fueled. The staff is good and friendly. The next day we decided to drive with the top open, we contacted them and they quickly found us a convertible. We liked everything, we will come again and contact ABRC.

Good afternoon. Everything is great. We came with my family, my father rented the car. Jeep, but I dont know much about models :))) It looked clean, well-groomed and new, the same inside. No scratches or bruises were found anywhere; before handing over the car, you inspect the car, sign the documents and drive away. We didn t have to refuel, which is a huge plus, we drove up to the hotel and went straight away. You just need to return it with the same tank after rental. Before this, we looked for a long time for where to turn, everywhere there were good reviews. Here, too, 5 stars everywhere, and for good reason. Dad chose this particular service because of the prices, plus he liked the conditions for returning the car; it s not so convenient everywhere. They didnt make me wait extra time, they delivered it as requested. The price is ok, lower than the market average, but I wasn t the one who bought it, so it doesn t really matter to me. Insurance is included in the price, nothing needs to be taken into account. Booking without a credit card, data cannot be leaked anywhere, i.e. Paying back is also a simple matter. They are always ready to help clients, they will answer any question and immediately guide them, no matter the paperwork or the machine itself. You can write calmly on WhatsApp and they will answer you, and what is most important, in Russian. It makes no difference to me to write in English or Russian, but it s still easier in Russian, so that s also a plus. In general, the review is positive, I recommend it to everyone if you decide to rent a quality car

We rented a car in Dubai for two, FORD MUSTANG 2020 WHITE convertible. The car was super, new, clean and had a full tank! We went to Fujairah. A torquey and comfortable car for such a trip. Great service. We were surprised at the prices at first - the rental market is below average. And you didn t need a credit card for booking, and insurance was immediately included in the rental. The car was brought to the hotel quickly, completely new, the interior was clean, the tank was full - everything was as needed. The staff is good and friendly. In the evening we decided to exchange the Wrangler Jeep for a Toyota Rush: they responded immediately, quickly delivered a new car and drove the Jeep right from the hotel. Excellent car rental company. I rented Ford Mustang GT for 2 days. Car was delivered at my place exactly on agreed time, car was completely clean and in a good condition. Excellent communication with a guy that was managing the delivery and within the rental period. Guy picked up the car excactly on time as agreed. Transaction of renting and returning was smooth and without any issues. The most important part is, that deposit was returned exactly on time, company informs You about it and gives you details about deducted amount (salik charges). Minor issue was with communication through Whatsapp during process at rental arrangement, I had to push few times the person in order to finish the booking. Overall excellent experience, next time in Dubai I will not even consider to rent car anywhere else. Thank You guys for excellent service!

We ordered a Jeep Wrangler JL 2019 4 doors and they drove it to us very quickly to the hotel, and then they also picked it up. What we really liked was that the car rental included insurance; when we booked the car, we did not use a credit card, which is also very good. The car was very clean, new and, most importantly, it was refueled and we did not need to refuel it urgently. Their office is open only until 18.00, but we needed help and they provided it to us even after this time. We punctured a tire on the road and their service came and did the job quickly. They have very good support service. Then we compared the cars of this company and others, and it turned out that we were right, because... We were in Dubai and rented a white Nissan Kicks 2017 from 12/10 to 12/23/2021. Clean, washed inside and out. A cheerful guy named Melvin brought us, communication in English. I drove it to the hotel at the specified time as agreed. They inspected the car, identified scratches, paid by card, issued a deposit on another credit card and signed the documents. We agreed on gasoline, as the car is available at the time of acceptance, and you will return it with that, ok. Our average daily mileage was 108 km. We visited all the places we planned to go. Abu Dhabi, Expo, Creek Harbor, color. exhibition, City Festival (fountains), Palm Jumeirah (fountains), Ferris wheel (with a light show over Atlantis) and all the beaches of the city from paid to free. Apart from the Dubai Mall with fountains and Burj Khalifa and Marina beauty! We started communicating with the girl via WhatsApp in Russian, the number is listed on the website. We discussed the technology, timing and financial component. Special thanks to her. Overall, I highly recommend the office. I will contact them again, thats for sure! Everything is very good. Great company! It s very convenient that there is an office in Russia where you can easily book a car via WhatsApp. I booked a car a month before arriving in the UAE, the car was delivered right on time directly to the HOTEL, and was picked up as well. We rented a Toyota Yaris for 3 days. By mistake we booked for 4 and paid for 4 days. We drove the car to the hotel and picked it up from there. When returning the car, I asked if it was possible to return the amount for the extra day. The owner made a transfer to the card taking into account the 5% tax (i.e. they returned not only the amount per day of rent, but also the tax on this amount) because We have already left the country. Managers are English speaking. When renting, damage and chips were indicated. Upon delivery, everyone was inspected again and the car was handed over after signing. You can chat in Russian on the official WhatsApp. The deposit of 2000 dirhams was debited from the girl s card (since I don t have a credit card), and the deposit was returned 20 days after the start of the car rental. Salic immediately hangs on the windshield to pay for toll roads (read what it is. The roads are not expensive and are worth the money). All questions are answered thoroughly and always, albeit with a slight delay (if you write from Thursday (16) to Sat, then it s not a fact that they will answer because in the emirates these are weekends. If we go again, we ll take something cooler for you and for a longer period :)

Arranged rental. On arrival car was there only car seat for baby wasnt, although it had been agreed via email on repeated occasions. Was advised sorry, maybe you can go rent from another company because the owner of the company does not want to buy a car seat. Not the ideal start when you go on holiday. Stick to known international companies, sixt, national, thrifty etc you cant go wrong with them who stepped in and saved the day. Wont be using Abrc again.
