I have been lucky to have had Gulam help me with my rental for many years now. I have had the best treatment and any issues in regards to my rental have been dealt with immediately. They have emotional intelligence and actually listen and deal with issues promptly and have your best interest at heart. He has seriously looked after me and the company has been great too. Very clear with what you get, after care is continuous and prices are great. This is an honest review it s taken years to write one but that because now I seriously can say all of the above. I have big issue with service team and sales team. On service due time they did not collect the vechile becuase they know if they collect they have to give me a replacement car. If this happen systematically they will not be able to make the rental rate higher and increase the rate with me after i am 3 years customer. Till today no one have collect the car for service and i am recieving emails either return car end of the month or pay more rental rate

I will not suggest to take a car from belhasa. they simply wasted our 2 days for their processing period . We provided all our documents including my room address , office address, friends details, company landline, credit card details lots n lots And at last they asked 80k aed cheque to them for security purpose For just 4 days of eid holidays. We cancelled from there and took another car from other rental team with in 1hr (thrifty car rental with unlimited kilometer and better price) Only they asked about driving license and emirates id advance amount. Very bad service, car sale and rental. 1st I rented a car for a month, and I returned it after 14 days early closure they refused to give me refund. Then I wanted to buy a car from their show room they made me pay 450 aed for the comprehensive test and the car was full of faults and they refused. To. Pay for it. Everything was ok until i faced an issue with car tires, road assistant wasnt helpful, and took many days for them to fix the car, service level was annoying make you feel that they only care for your money and nothing else. I had hired a monthly car rental from Belhasa, within 1 week of hiring the car, they reached out that they need to take the car since it is due for registration. I would have expected them to do the registration and then share it with the customer than causing inconvenience. But it did not stop there. The day I got the car back, I had a flat tire and inspite of getting the air filled in, it continued and ended up in a flat tyre on the 3rd day. I couldnt use the car obviously and I was asked to take it to the repair centre. Ofcourse I could only do that on the weekend. The service centre suggested that the tyre replacement is long overdue. So, Belhasa gave us the car inspite of knowing that the car tyres needed replacement and gave us car in a condition which was not just faulty but also risky to be driven given the condition of the cars. We couldnt use the car for 4 days and spent our Saturday between the garage and Belhasa office to get his fixed. Would have atleast expected them to extend for us the days we could not use the car. Instead, they were not even apologetic for the inconveniences they caused to us.

Example of lies: - we called many times but customer didn t reply !! - car is still in service with dealer - car will be delivered on Saturday 1000% - staff made a mistake and car was delivered to other costumer !! Terrible Customer Service. I signed up for monthly lease. Each time they take away your car for service or registeration, they do not return the same car. I got to know that since the lease rates are increasing, they start to lease away the better cars to the newer customers who are willing to pay higher. They abruptly charged me for excess kms even though my contract was never closed, promising me to refund this if total kms is within the specified limits when closing the contract. I have been following up for refunds since past 4 months and I am yet to receive the same. The cars are usually very smelly and the seats very dirty. They simply refuse to do the interior detailed cleaning despite several complaints. Such unprofessional and terrible customer experience and service is not expected from a known brand. Highly disappointed. Would recommend to avoid these guys if you can.

AVOID AT ALL COST! The team are like petty thieves. Gulam quoted me for a monthly rate, and when I arrived, they made me wait for one hour to print out the paperwork and I was in such a rush to get out by the time it was ready, I didnt notice they had added random costs like extra kilometers to the quote (though he asked if I would be driving long distances and I said no), making the cost much higher. I wrote later when I noticed the discrepancy, only to hear that there is nothing they can do. I also was given a car with a peeling steeling wheel and stains on the seats, and was told I had to drive back to Al Quoz to exchange it whenever another car is ready. Because of the price discrepancy, I had to make a new contract the next month to rectify for the coming months. I returned the car with more gas than I had taken it out with and Gulam and the man who checked out the first car reassured me that I would not lose money and it would be noted in my next rental. When I returned the next rental with 1/8 less gas in the tank, they charged me an exorbitant refueling rate, saying that they are sorry but this is their policy. All in all, renting from these people is like getting your pocket picked. Look elsewhere, many companies have similar rates and much more professional service.

I booked a car one day before, the next day I went and the car wasnt available. They offered a replacement I didnt like. I confirmed before going that they will not ask for a copy of the credit card, once I reached they asked for a copy of the credit card, which isnt secure, I offered to do an online authorization or using the POS machine but they refused. I have rented a car from Belhasa car rental at al qouz branch Dubai on a long term basis and they have the worse service in the whole world, for example if my car service km have completed and I want the car oil and filter changed and I don t want a replacement car but I m willing to go by myself change the oil and get back on the road I have to drive all the way from Ajman to Dubai al qouz branch, they don t have any branch in Ajman or sharjah which is shocking for such big car rental for not having branches in Ajman, Sharjah and many more cites of UAE. The staff working in al qouz branch are also not very polite and keep you waiting for a minimum of 1 hour for a very small issue. Not at all happy with the service by such a big rental company. Very disappointed.

Dear Chinese in Iowa, please be careful not to rent a car from this car rental company. They will find all kinds of trivial reasons to defraud you of your car rental deposit (for example, the car has a scratch as small as a fingernail). And the most awesome thing is if you tell them your credit card Information, they will also directly deduct money from your credit card without your consent, which is equivalent to overlord terms. black shop This is very bad company, they will find multiple, rediculous reason (Such as small scratch like fingernail) to deduct money from your deposit. Even when you return the car they will cheat and signed fine report and after 2 days they call you said this car have damaged need charge more than 1000AED! Ive been renting a car from Belhasa for about a year, took care of it like it was my own. After I gave it back, they gave me a clean receipt. The next day, I got a few photos of the car standing in a sandy lot with a scratch, that got there after I gave it back, trying to charge me for it. They also charge your credit card without asking.

It was a fuss-free experience renting a car with Belhasa. I give it a 5 star rating! :-) Rahim CK, the Manager, offered kind and immediate assistance which made my day. The car was delivered on time and everything that you need to know about the car and all other rules in renting that I needed to know, were communicated clearly and thoroughly. I was very satisfied with all aspects of the car rental from Belhasa. I received a whatsapp message immediately after asking a question on the live chat on their website and the communication hereafter was excellent and all my questions were answered swiftly. This was followed up by a phone call to explain the conditions of the rental. All rates and types of car were shared with me, on request. The representative I dealt with was Shiela Geronimo, who I found very helpful. The drop-off and collection of the vehicle was also very smooth and efficient. I will not hesitate in renting from Belhasa in the future and would also recommend them to friends & colleagues.

I am sharing a genuine & personal experience, STAY AWAY from renting a car from them. i am regretting after leasing a car for a month. As their sales rep in my case it was Mr. Gulam. They will lure you with a new fleet (thats why I am giving 1 star) and no deposit scheme (but I am being charged) on my CC. I received a different car (Kia Rio instead of Toyota Yaris). He was so quick to charing the amount and closing the deal on whatsApp and fast track with phone calls. They are fooling customer with misrepresentation of pricing and information on their website i.e. Pricing, Excess damage amount, insurance coverage. In my case vehicle monthly rental and excess claim was lower on their website but i was informed it is incorrectly updated. As soon as monies are blocked then they will send you invoice, no replies or communication over email (only to get the documents or they will push you whatsapp). When i confronted over the car rental invoice for a Kia Rio instead of a 2020 Yaris, till now no response from Mr. Gulam. When i have confronted him this cheating and fraud, he has audacity first to push me to accept the vehicle then i was informed come over to our office within few hours and change the vehicle (no mention of excess amount refund) or otherwise take it or leave it. We will not send the driver to do any recovery or agreed car with correct details. When I even asked this great sales rep (Gulam) how about cancelling the a monthly deal and charge for a day and take your car back and refund my monies. He said he is having his lunch and will need to check since yesterday till now NO response. I have to call multiple numbers to get details to reach out to their customer care team. I have narrated and shared all the details, but till now there is no concrete solution and they have registered the complain and top him copied as well. I will request everyone to DONT ENGAGE WITH THEM as they are doing MISREPRESENTATION, FRAUD & CHEATING. I am not sure how will they charge once they take the car back from you. So its best to STAY AWAY.

I had recently rented a car for 3 months and the service was absolutely fantastic. They brought the car at my location in 1 hr time from the booking! When I wanted to change to a smaller car Mr.Gulam did everything to meet my needs by giving me a brand new car. Both cars I rented that period were well maintained and I didnt faced any issues. We have been using Belhasa Car Rental for years and besides a few hiccups here and there with certain vehicles (normal), the service and convenience offered has been much appreciated. Yes, cars are delivered and picked up from your doorstep free of charge, but they have full control over the timings. You may ask for it to be delivered, or picked up, at a certain time but the Operations Team call you whenever they are free and set up a time. Even then, they are sometimes late, which is understandable in Dubai for many reasons. Whatever the reason may be though, the CLIENT IS CHARGED 1 FULL DAY EXTRA even if THEY pick it up 1 minute after the original time of vehicle delivery, which is why the term free delivery is based on your luck. This is the reason they lose 1 star. There should be some kind of buffer where the client is not charged within a 2 to 3 hour period, given the challenges faced, only if they are handling the delivery. If the client is the one in control and is late, then by all means charge the extra full day! Overall though, compared to a lot of other horrible rental companies in Dubai, we are quite satisfied with their services and their staff, and would recommend them to others as well, but with the above mentioned warning. Lol.

Reviewing at the start of the rental. So I can t comment on return service and on going service. Booking service with Shabbib was great! He answered questions well and quickly and provided the cheapest quote from a wide range of suppliers in the city. Delivery was smooth after a few phone calls, patience is needed but they delivered the day following my booking, so speed was great. Driver found our location well (others have previously struggled with this). Driver was professional and helpful. Car delivered is as agreed on booking process, 2019 model and 30,000kms on the clock so no complaints at all. Nice enough people, delivering a good service so far!
