We are about to renew our office contract for a third consecutive year at ABC - 16th floor, Jumeirah Bay X2. We are so happy to have found a serviced office that feels like a second home. Esca and Dianna have made working here so very pleasant. They ensure that office is well managed and always clean; and the communication about facilities - either cleaning, or maintenance or even introduction of office neighbours are always so prompt. Any issues with regards to our office or parking are always addressed and resolved. Thanks for looking after us!

Been renting an office space under Austria Business Center for more than 2 years already and I could say I feel comfortable and really pleasant being in the 16th floor. Very clean environment (thanks to Hilal), friendly people, great ambiance, and suitable for working. 16th floor has the most accommodating and friendliest customer service representative Ive ever encounter. Esca and Diana is always extending their assistance to us (as Client). They are very professional in their job as well as I could also speak with them as friends. Sometimes all you need is a positive vibe after a hectic schedule and long list of work, Esca and Diana from the reception could light up your mood with their energy and positivity. I Couldnt ask for more.

I am, to be honest, happy and satisfied with Austria Business Centers employees. Especially to Ate Cindy, Bijoy, Julian and Joel. These people are all professionals in their field. I really would recommend their business center as they will always exceed your expectation when it comes to their service. They are very well organized and always ready to help and assist us. We had an excellent cooperation with Austria Business Center over the past four years. All the staff is extremely professional and helpful, atmosphere in the Business Center is very pleasant and relaxed. I absolutely recommend them to anyone which needs a fully serviced office, with all the facilities included. They are extremely helpful regarding company establishments, Visas and all other connected licensing and approvals. Weve been working in these serviced offices for about three months now. Our move to this office was a smooth transition and the staff are professional, friendly and accommodating. Our office and toilets are always clean and the pantry facilities are complete. Access to the offices are secure. Parking may be a problem at times, but only because of the popularity of this cluster.

The Business Center is in a good location, with decent sized offices and equipment. Also has a pantry offering coffee and tea. There are two meeting rooms with one providing presentation facilities. Unfortunately, the serviced room is always booked weeks in advance and is difficult if any meetings that are not booked that advance. There are free parking available in the buildings 6 parking floors. The biggest disadvantage its a child friendly environment with several office owners bringing their children whom are allowed to run freely and play in the common areas. Which is not suited for professional environment.
