I rented a private yacht yesterday, it was nice and all but they didn t get us to see all the destinations they told us we would see. We also told them we wanted to get jetskis and i told them out ages which is 15-16 and he said it s completely fine but then when they got the jetskis they said only 17+. they didn t let us use the showers. But the trip was overall fun with people and we ignored the bad things about it.

Easy to book, great communication throughout. Great service on the boat. They took pictures of us and gave us a bottle of water each. Very reasonable price. We booked at sunset and it was beautiful. We did a 2 hour tour and it was perfect. We got to see so much. You need to book this trip. It s made our honeymoon. Thank you.

We booked Royal Blue Yachts for my birthday celebration along with an hour of jet skis. The team on the boat were brilliant. We got stuck in traffic on the way there and there were no problems with us being late. Once out on the boat the teams ere extremely attentive. They made everybody drinks, laid out all the food we brought and constantly checked in on what we wanted to do next. We were given options throughout the time to stay in certain places or go cruising around the harbour. When we said we wanted to watch the sunset they found us the perfect spot to do this. Cant recommend this company enough, they were great and the jet skis was a fantastic bonus activity!

We had a 2 hour sunset yacht tour around Dubai Marina and the main sites for my Dad s 60th birthday and it was absolutely amazing! The hospitality was brilliant and so attentive- we felt so welcome, especially as this was our first time in Dubai. The yacht itself was so spacious, clean and inviting too. They asked us to remove our shoes to step on the outside areas on the boat and it was quite inconvenient as it seemed like very unnecessary as the space was outdoor. Being on many other boats never had the same experience with the shoes. There was no mention of it prior to the start of the trip by the company. The bathroom was also not clean for the price we payed. It made our time more stressful and uncomfortable and we did not feel welcome in the experience by the captain

I had a wonderful experience. I booked a private yacht. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and polite. They assisted us with everything we needed, including walking around the yacht and providing us with a wealth of information about Dubai. They even took many pictures of me and my daughter so that we could have lovely memories of our trip. We watched the sunset. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely be booking again when I return in December.

Trust me guys no false no masala. Please do not book any yacht from this company. Really pathetic staff dont know how to behave with the guest or people. A group books the yacht for the enjoyment right but if you booked from here you will going to really regret. Mark my word REGRET. False commitments, took money advance is perfectly fine but after taking money they forgot all the commitments. I can talk about few staff I know the name as well but I dont want to be they took payment for 3 hrs but they did only for 2 hrs 45mins. In that I went to talk to them they clearly said talk to the company dont talk to me as you pay the money to the company. We have office party we told them to turn off the music for 5mins after when I informed him to play it again the employe of this company if its close once we would not play it again because if its going to be damaged you will going to pay or what. This was there way of talking. We asked for ice they told only 1 time you will get the ice. We are not here to bring the ice again and again. Please book the yacht with the right company where employees can respect their clients or guests.

Second they do not have customer service, if something goes wrong, yacht crew was not aware of anything related to the situation (Mrs. Anto) provided captain name, We were stranded in the middle of the sea for two hours without air conditioning, service, or music, because of the crew unawareness, it was just nightmare, think twice before booking with ROYAL BLUE COAST. KIND RESPONSE FOR YOUR WRITING: Thank you for your response, I would like to know who told you that the issue was solved in 15 min? We celebrated my uncle s 60th birthday in Royal Blue Coast Yacht. The yacht was decorated well as per our request. The captain Radhakrishnan and assistant Saajan were attentive, explained the places well. We had 3 elders with us, 75+ years and they both were courteous, polite and very helpful. They took pics of us and halted in picturesque places for photo opportunities. The speakers worked phenomenal and we could connect it to our Bluetooth. Overall we had an incredible experience! I organised a 2 hour trip to go through the Marina and over to Atlantis. I planned to propose to my partner when we go to Atlantis. It was incredibly easy to organise and the communication was great. The crew was very kind and welcoming. They were serving our drinks and the captain stopped allowing another crew member to take our picture during the proposal. I couldn t recommend them more highly. It was such an amazing experience! They immediately contacted me via WhatsApp at the same time as I made the reservation. Even though it was my first experience, I was able to participate with confidence as they answered all my questions immediately. This time I participated with 13 friends who came from Japan. The inside of the ship was spacious, clean and very satisfying. Also, the staff took group photos for us at each photo spot, which made for some really great memories! I really wanted to love the yatch as I was celebrating a milestone birthday but unfortunately the quality of the yatch internally was a very poor representation of the photos and videos posted. I hired the 60ft and its clearly seen better days. Clearly years older than led to believe. The sofa was worn and peeling. All fixtures and fittings were worn and tired. The bathroom was stained. There were no hand towels and when asked we were given toilet roll to use. It wasnt pleasant at all. The fridge inside was rusted. The decor on the whole was tired and worn. The bedrooms too were worn and the quality of bedding and decor poor. We left about 15minutes after time but they did not give us the extra time which they said they would. The balloon decorations was only permitted internally so not worth the money paid. Change of Marina rules so not their fault from 1st March 24. Positives Only saving grace was the upstairs the top deck was lovely and clean and we spent all our time out there. We would have gone out the front but the weather changed the last hour with rain, so didnt get to use it. The staff were lovely. We were able to bring our own food and drinks on board. The quality of the yatch is a 2 or 3 star at the most, so if youre looking for that 5 star experience sadly I would not recommend this yatch.

My daughter decided to celebrate her 18th Birthday with her friends on a Yacht... After some reviews and analysis we decided to go ahead with Royal Blue Coast Yacht Rental... I spoke to Mr. Adarsh in the office and he was very helpful in giving me all the details and options available for us... We booked the 60ft Yacht on 3 Mar 2024 for 3 hours (from 4 to 7 pm)... The Yacht Captain Mr. Suresh and his two support staff very kind and helpful with the entire trip... My daughter and all her friends had a great time and were very appreciative of the crew and were thankful... Thank you Mr. Adarsh, Mr. Suresh and the two support staff (sorry I dont recall their names) for making this celebration wonderful and memorable... Excellent service and trip. Had to rearrange the day due to bad weather and was not a problem. Hired the 60ft yacht and was excellent, crew fantastic and got to set all of the sites on the Palm. Also arranged a jet ski for an hour and provided the food which was very good. Excellent price too compared to other companies and was a bit worried because the price was so good!! But was the best day of the holiday only problem was we didn t charter for longer!
