Lovely service and a great time on the boat. We struggled to find the pier as we didn t realise the parking in the mall was so far away from where we got on the boat and this made us 30 minutes late however once on the boat we had a great time and this wasn t the company s fault and was our own mistake. Lovely boat and lovely staff who served us our drinks and took away our empty cans, took photos of us and allowed us to okay our music through the speakers. Would book again and recommend. Thank you

Once the miracle of speaking with them actually happens, it turns out it is a very backwards company that doesnt follow its own rules for booking charters. The woman on the phone, Sofia, is rude, raises her voice and is too lazy to do her own job. Impression is already ruined before the cruise ever started

We sailed with Capt Guna and Vini for a 3h outing on a Sunday afternoon, 3-6pm. Boat was a 35ft Seamaster. Open cabin with a v generous roof to provide shade. Powerful boat, with 2x 250hp engines. Water and ice provided, plates, cups. We took our own food and drink, able to chill bottles in the ice box. The usual fantastic sail around JBR and Palm, with the usual diving onto the pond waters. Guna and Vini very courteous, punctual and accommodating, always ready to assist and provide a great time for us. Great genuine hospitality, well done guys! Next up, we will soon book with the same crew, same boat, for a fishing outing, cant wait. We were a group of 4, but the boat takes up to 8 pax + 2 crew. Well worth, and great value for money. Thank you capt Guna, Vini and mydubai cruises.

My family and I recently booked the most expensive 50ft boat from this company in hopes of creating a wonderful quality time experience. Unfortunately, our expectations were far from met. Upon our arrival to the boat, we were taken aback by its condition. The boat appeared old and worn, with a stinky interior that was quite unpleasant. To our dismay, we noticed that the glass was broken of the whole front of the main cabin, and instead of being properly fixed, it was covered with a white sheet, obstructing our view of the beautiful sea outside, we couldnt see anything from inside. Adding to our disappointment was the lackluster refreshment options provided. We were offered only water and orange juice, which seemed odd for a sea excursion. Furthermore, neither the water nor the juices were cold, as the fridge was not cooling properly. Had we been informed beforehand, we would have gladly brought our own beverages. The condition of the rooms onboard was equally disappointing. They were stinky, with pillaged cabinets, and dirty water with hair in the bathrooms. The unpleasant smell of urine was also noticeable, making indoor seating unbearable. Additionally, the outdoor space was too small to accommodate our group comfortably. Despite these shortcomings, the captain and his assistant were kind and helpful to the best of their abilities. However, attention to cleanliness, especially in the cabin area with sweat smell, would greatly enhance the overall experience. Furthermore, we were taken fishing, but unfortunately, the weather was too windy, resulting in an unsuccessful trip. It would have been appreciated if this had been checked beforehand, saving us from disappointment and unnecessary expense. As someone who has worked in a catamaran for five years, I found myself unexpectedly seasick due to the boats excessive shakiness. Overall, our experience with this boat company was highly disappointing. We had hoped for a memorable and enjoyable outing but left feeling unsatisfied and let down.

Had an excellent experience in the Master yacht organized to celebrate our 20th anniversary with our friends group. It was a bit windy on that day, but captain Ganesh still managed to take us around in a safe and enjoyable way. The yacht was large and had spacious seating arrangement on the top. Organized sumptuous dinner buffet through an external caterer. Overall the crew were quite helpful and supportive. We had the best celebration with our friends gang, and have created a lot of lovely memories on our special day!!!

We booked last September a few days before by sofia she was amazing and so friendly by email. I trusted the process as she was super helpful we booked the 2 hour at night. It was amazing from start to finish and so memorable .the guys just left us to it and didnt really bother us they let us play our songs offered us water and let us stop for pics . It was so good iv told so many people to book with them and are defo booking again. Although there was rips in the seats we noticed it didnt bother us as were not flash and paid a very good discounted price by sofia . I cant wait to rebook . It was a little stressful trying to buy WiFi in the heat to pay the balance and call the captain but once we rang he was with us in a few seconds . Booked a yacht through groupon, they said refreshments(also means softdrinks) are included, but we were only told to be given water. The experience was horrible, I was shocked when I requested a birthday cake and wasnt asked whether I preferred white chocolate or chocolate and the birthday decorations was awful. It was a cheap cake that they brought. Additionally, the knife they brought for cake cutting was a camping knife that was absolutely embarassing. To cut the cake, we used the edge of the fork. As for the food, it was low class and I had expected a higher standard of service on a luxury cruise. This is the first time I have felt embarrassed like this. It was awkward to ask the crew to start serving refreshments since they did not provide them. Funny part is, I got a WhatsApp message asking me to give them some tips, when the customers get unexpected service then they will definitely be generous and give some tips l never saw a company asking their customers to give tips. It is impossible for me to recommend your company to anyone.

Bad experience, service the worst , not very clean yacht , mechanical issues, bad smells, not same photos different and old , bad solutions with manager , money first customer enjoying last . Not real luxury

We will rent the yacht but when you will get there. They will ask you remove your shoes. You can use front hatch. Windows are covered so you can not enjoy view while being inside. They cruise very very slow. I think 1 hour is enough bcoz after that there will be nothing new.

Not recommended at all, First of all when I booked they mentioned that includes the snacks but just water they served, The caption doesnt have any idea about fishing, They said we can move as it was Wendy day, which simply they should cancel the trip if it Wendy. Out of 3 hours we spend only 15 mnts fishing then they decided to come back. Worst fishing experience ever

We had fun time yesterday. The cruise was comfortable and it came with a complementary juice and water. The crew was very friendly. The cost of renting the Yacht was also reasonable and the process was fast. I highly recommend My Cruises.

Super service, very professional. Cleanliness was top notch. 100% value for money. Highly recommended. In one hour, they exit from Marina, cross Harbour and then get in the open sea around the Palm and return back. Sunset time will be the best but late evenings are also fine as youll enjoy the cool weather.
