Very disappointed with my experience with this company! I participated in an activity with them, and unfortunately, one of the employees dropped a friends phone in the sea. Not only did they not take real responsibility for their mistake, but they also offered a replacement phone, which turned out to be a fake! It is unacceptable to treat your customers this way. No compensation worthy of the name was offered, and I left with a bad experience and without a working phone. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and respectful experience.

It was my first time cruising in such big, beautiful and clean yatch with jacuzzi.The staff on board are so welcoming. Apart from the safety equipment, the yatch has indoor for private meetings equipped with 65 inch smart TV, PS5 for adults/kids entertainment and outdoor with bar, seating area and dance floor with integrated speaker system. We had an incredible yacht trip with Dubai Yachts! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Our trip started from Dubai Harbour. Our Captain Mani and Bharath warmly welcomed us at the entrance and assisted with our belongings from our car to the yacht. Iyra were also on board, ensuring our comfort throughout the journey. With Bharath she prepared and served all drinks, meal and snacks we brought on the table so professionally that left us more of our limited precious time to spend with our guests. They were all exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The yacht itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and luxurious setting for us. I booked a 3 hour cruise from 3pm until 6pm, around the Dubai coastline to celebrate my husband s 60th birthday in February 2024 and we had the most fabulous time! I made the booking whilst still in the UK and was impressed with how easy it was to arrange and how helpful the staff were in making sure that my husband s birthday was a day to remember, including organising the most delicious cake!! We organised a taxi to take us to the marina, and got dropped off at the yacht club which is closest to the jetty. An incredibly helpful gentleman contacted the captain for us to advise him of our arrival and we were escorted along to Luna to hop onboard. The yacht was absolutely stunning and incredibly luxurious. The staff onboard were so professional and obliging and truly made our cruise so special. The 3 hour experience was a great way to see the Dubai coastline and enjoy the gorgeous waters. Was well worth the cost and would 100% recommend.

I booked the 2 hour yacht cruise for a family reunion recently, and it was one of the best experiences my family and I had! The yacht was spacious, clean, and the crew were so gracious.We brought our own meat for bbq and the captain and his crew took such great care of us. They had a big speaker on board where we were able to play our music from our iPhone through Bluetooth. 2 hours was not nearly enough, so we extended for another hour, which the captain thankfully said was ok. Kudos to Captain Gunal and his crew members, Kabilan and Iyra, and to their photographer Victoria! Highly recommended!

We did a two hour Yacht Tour on Luna with 6 pax. The boat was clean and spotless, the crew was dressed in a clean and nice uniform, very friendly and helpful and smiling all the time! The captain did an amazing job, absolutely confident and flexible to our wishes and expectations. The booking process was also smooth. The company send a brochure and answered all our questions with great patience. Overall it was an absolutely enjoyable trip! We will come ich back for sure!

We had an amazing time aboard Luna yacht! We enjoyed cruising around and seeing beautiful Dubai from the water. The captain and crew were so nice and accommodated our request for an additional hour. We had delicious BBQ meat, which we brought and they grilled for us. We also opted to have the professional photographer take photos of us. It was an unforgettable experience!
