Avoid at all costs, horrendous unprofessional service! We booked the so called fishing expedition if you d even call it that. Initially sailing off everything seemed perfect, captain and his assistant were very nice and well mannered. The problem began when we got to the fishing stage of the outing. 1.) When we arrived at the location the captain and his assistant stated the weather was not good for fishing and it wasn t the peak time to fish. Why offer the fishing experience if we can t even catch them! 2. The boat was also rocking so hard when we arrived to the destination and we asked them to put the anchor down but the staff explained how it was broken, we had to cut the trip very short and told them to go back after a couple hours, after everyone began feeling sea sick no one even did any fishing due to the extreme unstable rocking. Very very big disappointment.

Worst fishing experience with this company. 1) the room on the boat is without A/C or fan and its hotter than being outside its like being boiled in a steam room. 2) the anchor was broken and the boat was rocking harder than micheal Jackson and everyone got dizzy and vomiting. 3) three hours of fishing and all we did was clean their fishing lines and came back empty handed. Avoid them at all cost, there offers are not worth it.

My frustration with this so-called fishing company knows no bounds. First and foremost, they had the audacity to use frozen baits, as if we paid for a subpar, amateur fishing experience. The staffs uncooperative attitude only added insult to injury no assistance, no guidance, just a sheer lack of interest. To add to the disappointment, their supposed knowledge of prime fishing spots was a farce. We wandered aimlessly, clueless about where to find any decent catch. And dont even get me started on the promised professional fishermen; they were as mythical as the Loch Ness Monster. In the end, despite shelling out hard-earned money, we were left fishless and furious. This company is a masterclass in how not to run a fishing expedition a colossal waste of time and money.

Someone in this company needs to fix their hiring system because they clearly either underpay their workers because these workers do not care about their work or they are just generally rude in personality. I have gone for their birthday package and it was honestly not truthful. They promised unlimited soft drinks and we only got one round of drinks and theyre also very rude. My friends and I were just treated like cattle, they were shooing us away after the tour was over and they took their money. I could have gone for a much better experience at another yacht easily. As a tourist I choose Conwy boats bcoz of reasonable prices and assistance , it was so amazing experience which I had with coney 88 feet majesty with captain and 3 crew members . They treated us like family , kids and so comfortable with their hospitality and great ambiance onboard this yacht. Only thing bbq machine takes bit longer to get heat and captain noticed this issue , thanks guys again love from Canada

Im not sure where to start but I had a terrible experience with this company, the worst fishing trip in my life. 1. Safety First a. Boat was to small. They mentioned that the boat would accomodate 10 people and in total we were 11 including the captain and his assistant. b. More than half of us had to sit on the front deck of the boat where it was a bumpy and splashy ride. b. Life jackets weren t provided nor offered by the captain or his assistant. c. Weather was not suitable for such a trip. 2. The trip was planned for the kids since it was their christmas break but captain was very rude with the kids treating them with no respect in an uncivilized manner. 3.Although they had additional fishing equipment the Crew didnt allow us to use them nor assist is in prelaring the fishing gear. Good thing we brought our own. 4.The weather was very bad and windy with high waves and we were not informed in advance. Other honest conpanies would advise to cancel or reschedule such a trip since they all have access to weather channels. 5.I requested to contact the owner of the company but they refused to provide me his / her number claiming the owner does not like to be involved in such matters. 6.Captain was trying to waste time limiting the trip to trolling instead of still fishing. 7.The bathroom in the cabin was out of service. 8.Cabin was locked most of the time and wasn t clean for anyone to use. I would really be concerned if I am the owner of this company and educate my staff to be more professional especially the captain. This was not the service standard we expected from a company in Dubai.
