I had a good experience overall with Dubriani Yachts, though there were a couple of minor communication issues. Alcohol charges weren t fully clear during booking, and there was a change in the chef that wasn t communicated in advance. That said, I believe better up-front communication would make the experience even better for future clients. Wishing the team all the best!

If there was a 0 star option i would choose it. This review was supposed to be there on june 19, 2023. But decided to have it now as the matter was not resolved. READ BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM: First, i dont know why i dealt with this company, i been doing things directly without a third party and here when i use one for the first time this happens. I contacted them for a car jet for my birthday. However, they sent me a payment link and booking details of 950dhs , first i have to pay 50% now to confirm the booking and then the other 50% when I reach the place. Immediately i asked the person whos in charge. How would i pay for something without even knowing the details. So i did my search and got fooled with the high rating here. I pay them the 430, i go to the place, then BOOM. The place is SHUT. Well I called the guy ( supervisor)from the company( which was the shut place) ofc no answer. And then I whatsapp (dubairiani) I receive a reply oh the supervisor hasn t received any calls from me bla bla , then sent a screenshot of calls, and still the problem not solved . After ruining the whole day plan and being very unprofessional with solving the issue. they said sure we will do a refund, funny fact is that since 2 months there was nothing back to my account. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL do the thing s directly with the company that you want to rent from.

Very unprofessional handling of my booking despite confirmed timing, Dubriani did a double booking and we had to spend one hour anchoring in the Marina instead of cruising. Crew was not adequately educated to attend to invitees very disappointing experience

We booked a 20 minute jet car tour yesterday. I chose this provider because I thought the homepage made a good impression. However, the tour was so bad that I dont actually want to give it a star. The jet car is so old and run down. 3 cm long pointed screws protrude from the front windshield into the interior (at head height). The gaskets, the interior leather panels and everything about this jet car was just a pile of junk. With this provider you are not allowed to ride alone, you are accompanied by a gentleman who sits in the back for the entire journey. Of the 20 minutes, you have to plan 15 minutes for entering and leaving the sea, during which you can/must leave the harbor at walking speed. However, the 5 minutes that you are allowed to drive are absolutely no fun in this clunker because you are constantly afraid of hitting your head on the rusty screws. I can only report on the Jetcar here and I would never book anything through this provider again. 890 dirhams, almost 250 euros, are simply outrageous. For 200 dirhams more you get significantly more a pier further away. ADDENDUM: Our complaint was dealt with immediately and we were informed that the jet car experience would be carried out by an external service provider. This has now probably been replaced by another one. We were offered to go again with another jet car, jet ski or yacht. Customer service was always friendly and tried to make us happy and improve our bad experience. Today we got a two-hour yacht tour as compensation and everything went well We were assured that Dubriani no longer works with the jet car service provider. We would now book Dubriani again and thank you for the great customer service and the great tour today

Having lived in Dubai for 15yrs and done dozens of yacht cruises, this was far the worst experience we ve ever received. We booked the yacht for 2 hrs and they double booked us and they returned the yacht after an hour. The staff were not friendly at all and the service was horrible. This company is not worth it. ,

Great experience! Good service and very helpful on the boat. You will be asked in advance which route you prefer to sail. A tip would be to bring something to eat because you only get drinks. We had a baby with us, so it was always useful to take extra food with us!

Excellent 6 hour charter for 7 adults and 4 kids around all the famous Dubai landamarks, we hired a live chef who provided excellent food and they also supplied a live DJ for us who was great as well. Would highly recommend as communication with them is excellent and sometimes this can be a problem when booking things abroad
