This is one of the nice place i have. Cozzy and clean very unique and very spacious room for each and everyone. You have a privacy, anytime you can take rest. The AC is very cold its very nice to sleep, all the tenants here have theire respect for everyone. We have a cctv at home to make sure that all is secure even though we are all busy at work and not all the time we are at home, and they also manage the cleanliness of the house . This is 100 % highly recommended...

I have a friend from 702, Room 7. He invited me to go at his place. i was amazed by the cleanliness of the whole flat, Because it is rare to find or live in here at the area of Al Rigga. Based on my observation on the tenants, they seemed to be well disciplined, quiet and neat as well. You can have a proper rest and a peace in your mind at night.

I visited the place where my cousin Deniece is currently staying last Monday. The location is good not far from Union station. Although its not that so spacious but its quiet and homey. The place is clean and well-maintained also. And one thing I was astonished is that theyre provided a free drinking water. Anyway, the place is highly recommended.

The neighbouring place may not be as welcoming but inside the apartment it was very cosy. The rooms are like out of the ordinary. They we loft-type. So cute and practical and spacious id say for 2 person. Common bathrooms and living rooms are clean as well.

Well choosing cloudsroom as my home here in dubai will never be a regret actually its like love at first sight.. why? Well that was april when i was looking for a place to stay here in dubai i actually found one already and even give a initial deposit of 300aed but still browsing in fb and found the post of cloudsroom and i immediately call and ask,as i really like how it looks like its cozy clean and so nice thats why i said its love and first sight ,,,i try to take back my deposit to the other flat but the owner didnt want to give it back so i leave it and continue to talk with cloudsroom staff (rhenan/ariel)and since that day i never think to transfer to other flat as i feel at home in this place and the rooms are really good and staff are approchable amd most of all i find my new friends/family here in uae im really happy ..i wish cloudsroom MORE SUCCESS and more flats to open i will definitely suggest/recommend.cloudsroom to everyone Again god bless and more success to u guys Amira ..

Lovely building location overlooking the city mall, restaurants, cafes etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful, always on the loop. Cloudrooms have the best rooms to stay. The location couldnt be any better, especially it is near to metro, supah-markets , restaurants. They really know the target places where their clients wants to stay or settle. The room designs are cozy like hotel rooms. Its very clean and well-maintained, its your way of life living your comfort zone. The staffs are fun to be with! Well mannered and very spontaneous. Cheers to that! Its wonderful place with wonderful people, you will feel more secured as the house has its own surveillance camera. Sometimes, i was wondering what can i complain more? Theres something in the room that I felt so homey and comfy the first time I saw it..the aura of a flat with good ambience. The Cloudrooms Management is professional. As for me, it is not tenant-landlord relationship that has been raised up rather they treated us as a family. Giving different scenarios encountered in the flat, still they managed to handle it in a timely manner as well as with professionalism. This is the only property management that showed how thankful they are to their tenants, those little things I remembered they sent in our flat as token of appreciation. It s not the price we pay but it s the values of the Cloud rooms team. Our building is an old one where there were lots of things need to be fixed, need to carefully maintain but Cloud rooms was able to transform this to something you would choose over new buildings. I saw the team s effort and dedication to giving us the best accommodation they can. And they didn t stop there. They didn t stop after you moved. They are constantly checking on us if we need something if we are okay. I can still vividly remember when I sent a complaint, Raj and Bux personally reached out to me. They have subordinates/team members who can they just asked to reach me out but no they were the ones. That moved me. It s something you can t find from others. It s really not a surprise that Lemuel and Rhenan are so helpful and approachable because their bosses are the same. It s not a surprise that they have reached this height of success because of their values. It s not all about the money, you can not only see it but you can feel it, the sincerity, their focus on their goal to giving us home not just a house. Somebody told me, you, your brothers and your friends can just lease because it s cheaper. What can say staying for almost 9 years in dubai. And first time had a fast and reliable service specifically if you have request and issues with the place. Whats not to like we even have free water . Lets just say its a flat with a hotel like service.

I wish I can give more than 5. First and foremost, I would like to praise the management for their superb teamwork. Staffs are very professional and congenial. Hands down to you guys. Second, the place itself. Visited mostly all of their flats and just WOW. Seems like youre in a hotel. Well maintained, there are CCTVs, fancy receiving area and an elegant rooms. Definitely a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED place to stay where you can call HOME. - P for pretty

Although I would not to describe myself as an expert when it comes to accommodations and flats, I do have extensive experience having spent my last 11 years here in Dubai having stayed in couple rooms, family rooms and partitions. The first thing that pops into my head is the staff availability, literal 24/7 service to its tenants, a really important thing when living outside your home country. The flats itself are very nice and well organized. You guys were even able to make flats in an old building look good. Having a ref in every room also lessens the stress of having disorganized and messy refrigerators and freezers with some flatmates arguing on which items belong to one another. Security is given a priority with CCTV s placed in perfect areas to assure everyone s safety. Another thing that lessens worries for your tenants are the organized files of payments and the like. Last, but certainly not the least, are the FREEBIES us tenants get every now and then. Notice the bold letter emphasis. That is my story to be told. Thanks, Jane of 708, Lootah Building

I was amaze how they handle tenants.they are very efficient and responsive.They will never leave you hanging they will solve the problem immediately and its not only that...I will recommend the flat as 5 star because of its own unique way on how they construct the flat and you will see the quality with a good value One of a kind!

Ive been staying here since April 2021 with Cloudsroom and all i can say is i really find a place to relax from a very tiring work the whole day. Previously i have 2 kachara partition but when I transferred here specifically in Barsha it feels like a total home for me, a complete package, people are very organized and professional. Finally i got my own crib here and a place that i can say a HOME

It was a great experience renting out a place from this company. You get more than what you paid for. Its spacious and they always make sure that the place is neat and tidy. There are security cameras 24/7, staffs are nice and theyre on accessible locations too. Best value for bucks. Tenants comfortability is their first priority. So far, they are the most organized and professional landlords that I have dealt with. Very considerate and responsive in terms of apartment issues. Flats are nicely designed and well maintained. They have cleaners everyday and they have their own maintenance team. They are providing not only the expected services but even exceeded the basic ones like personal fridge, drinking water and even room decorations which is something that you will not find with all sharing accommodations. And by the way, they even give their tenants a personalized birthday gift. I highly recommend their rooms to be your next place to stay with, as you will really feel staying and coming home everyday safely and stress free after your tiring day at work.
